They are part of a bundle of hosting companies which all go down at the same time, multiple times a week. The customer service is atrocious. You will spend an hour in chat with no resolution for t... There are MUCH BETTER hosting companies out there who will NOT charge you for migration. Bluehost will take a week to migrate and ask for everything under the sun to try to migrate. And then there will be issues. Their backup system is also non-existent and problematic. SSL troubles. If you try to get a refund within the 30-day guarantee, they will dismiss you. It took me an hour and 15 minutes to get the hosting charge refunded after I left them within 30 days. And then I had to initiate a charge back on the migration fee because they kept tossing me back and forth between customer service and the migration team's email, with no resolution and no response. Again, this company is not worth your time. Research which companies are owned by holding companies, like Bluehost, and avoid them.
