oth accounts were closed without my consent. I never asked for the second account to be canceled, and suddenly I lost access to a service I had already paid for. What is even more frustrating is the lack of proper communication and support. Instead of resolving the issue, I was left without clear answers or a solution. I requested to escalate the matter and speak with a manager, but this was not properly addressed. This situation feels unprofessional and unfair. Closing a paid account without explicit permission is not acceptable, especially when it affects business operations. I hope the company improves its customer support and internal processes, as this experience was very disappointing.

But there were still old complaints within a day and ZOMRO also suspended the server without discussion, despite the fact that there is no problem on the server, we fixed it and these were old complaints. After we wrote to them that these were old complaints, they said oh, we'll restore the work now, but it's been more than two hours since the server is unavailable. If you need a server for serious tasks where accessibility is important, then this provider is not for you. You never know what can happen on the server, but you will be immediately blocked and will not be given time to solve the problem. In my experience, this is a very strict policy, and other providers at least give 1 hour to 24 hours to solve the problem, but do not block it immediately. I hope my review will help someone in making a decision.
