Been with 1&1 / IONOS for several years and have had no problems to speak of ... if I had any problems/questions, their customer support was always fast and helpful. Highly recommended!

I have shifted from Fast Comet to A2 Hosting. The service I am getting is outstanding. Highly recommended who are looking for fast-loading hosting.

I ordered a dedicated server. Within a few days I realized my assigned ip address was on block lists since test emails were not working. They suggested to buy my ips and see if they are clean, Next, I get a server notice o... Više detalja f hard drive failing. I am told to buy a cloud account to backup before they will replace drive. I did exactly that. They replaced the drive, sent incorrect Raid rebuild instructions rendering my server unable to boot. No problem I thought, I will use my backup to re-image the drive. POOF! It was gone. No explanation, no help! Total waste of time and money. Stay clear. At least all this happened before I took my several hundred client accounts live. Also noticed the SMTP serve crashed about every 3 hours then comes back online. Crappy is an understatement! Manje

The A2 FTP server is extremly slow for any user from any place in the world. Still A2 claims everything is fine and refuses to do anything about it. I never ever got such horrible support
