DTH suppport sucks
Comparing DTH with 10 years a go when customer got response on every ticket within 30 minutes right now you can be happy if you receive answet at all. And it looks as nobody care about it.

Server was 2 days a go down for 20h and support is nowhere to find. Not any response. Not any word about whats going on and why is server down.
I have opened 3 tickets asking to any explanation. Nothing

This kind of support services that DTH provide is absolutely unaccepptable.

I do not want to mention my old ticket where i asked for explanation why is server every day down for 5-8 minutes at the same time. Nobody from support ever bother to give me any answer.
