It is true that their support ticket is very slow and they took almost two weeks to reply my ticket about registering a new domain. But I never had to wait more than 3 minutes to get live chat support. My ticket was solved instantly via live chat. Had great support and good response time with modifications, etc. Today, LONG wait times, LONG hold times and lost in the automated system . Techs (Stephen) have had attitude. Other techs ... Više detalja have been friendly and helpful. It is obvious the company has exploded in volume and management not willing to address the support to STAFF this volume. Management willing to continue selling a service they can't provide. If you don't have the staff to support the web packages you have sold customers, it is only right to halt sales until quality of service is addressed.
