It would be good if one day IONOS educates its support team and takes care of customers as they deserve. I have read comments on different platforms (Twitter, YouTube, etc) and I am not the only one disappointed! So something is very wrong with your support team. Manje |  In my view worst hosting Sanjay Singh, I was new to this web hosting due to offer i purchased for an year plan, it was working fine for 1st week then i requested him to install a xenforo forum web application which he directly decliend and asked me to pay for inst... Više detalja alling that software , any how i installed software and its was now working fine but later on service suspended saying that its mysql issue and he asked for money again to take out my backup too fckin shit web hosting, at least he should give backup but no.
