Great Support. Super Impressed.

Had some problems installing my store on my new host and asked for support. They replied in minutes and were super helpfull. I was definetely not used...

to this level of support. This alone gives me great confidence in the company and puts me at ease, knowing that if i ever have any problems, they can always help me sort this out. And don't even get me started on the speed. it's light years better than the previous service i had.

terrible support and packet loss

their support is much more than terrible, when there is some kind of abuse they threat you and talk to you abusively, also they leak your information ...

no matter what, i am some months with them but definitely i will move! They was respectful on the start and then their behavior started to be terrible with null routes and abusive behavior, i had much times packet loss from their network all i can say stay away!
