The first best thing is, their support help me in migrating all of Wordpress website over. Then setting was the rest of the stuff was pretty easy. A few days back, my site was experiencing high resources usage volume without any changes in plugin/themes. I went into panic as I rely on my website for operations and sales. Luckily, their support was really good, they make effort to help me figure out what went wrong and got the issue fix. I think that this will be the main reason I believe I will keep on using Chemicloud in the future, as many other hosting do not, and will not look into issue that is a website error, to many other hosting company, their services is within the hosting boundaries only.
