I'm also a reseller of their services and have been doing so for over 10 years. I'm very happy with CWH and intend keep sending new clients their way.

Then one day a friend informed me he was not receiving emails properly. I tried to login to my CWH account and found I could not, I submitted a ticket and from that point forward I felt like I was chatting with an online scam of some sort as they were "hmmm don't see any issues on our end" then I would reply indicating I had had hosting service with them for years, "ah yes it appears we had a hardware failure and we are attempting to resolve the issue". No problem, right? I mean, stuff happens, let’s work together to rectify the issue because that is what customers expect from a reputable company. They could not recover ANY of the data (half dozen sites some with multiple SQL databases and thousands of emails).
I gave CWH 1 star on each of the options below even though a couple of the items I would list at 4-5 star but the average score was waaaaay too high for this company considering there is absolutely nothing more important when it comes to web hosting than reliability.

While I understand it might be funny to complain about $0.80 being withheld however it's still not right.
When I first put my order in hostwinds. The order did not go through it said please try again. If then would not let me click proceed with order I had to manually input the information and it let me proceed before proceeding I even notified that there was an issue putting in my first order. I think the person's name was Luke then upon checking your system gave me two VPS. I only ordered one.
I canceled the one I did not need I replied to all the duplicate confirmation emails I also replied about the refund request.
It was canceled.
and then after that happened I put it in my first request after talking with one of your representative about the type of cpanel alternative I can use and whether or not it was compatible with centos
He put in the request I later find out let's send OS 8 is not compatible with that control panel so I reply at 2 30 saying okay mind you I still have no service for any VPS . 3-4 hours pass no response to my initial ticket regarding actual use of the server because if you order a managed server and receive no management then it's not a managed server.
I then read your policy and go over it with one of your reps and I decide to cancel so I put the request in for that too. I get my refund but I noticed that it's $1.25 when I paid $1.65. initially I thought it was a mistake so I waited then I put a ticket in as a response saying why am I not refunded the full amount
The $1.65 charge was charged twice to my card and it was for backup services that were never used and never could be used because the management team could not even set up a server within a 6 hour period.
So no support was actually done to my account that was actually capable of enabling me to use my managed server.
The $3.30 I was charged I was only refunded $2.50. the reason why I was charged the extra $1.65 was because of a technicality that your system was not able to process my payment the first time so it decided the process to payments.your billing department does not want to refund me $0.80 because they say it's part of your terms of service what I was billed for was the cloud services for server backup that I never even got to use a server because your management was so slow now granted I know it's part of the coronavirus and your services are probably limited.
But number one I canceled due to the fact that I is never able to receive proper suppory in a timely manner I never even used nor intended to purchase the one that was purchased automatically by your system..
And the two things that were charged to my card were for backup services that I never even got to use because the server was never set up
And yet this company feels they have the right to withhold $0.80.
I ask you to please look at my case and see if and why I cannot receive $0.80 for services I never received.
