I use VPS Veesp for a year. Never makes me sad. Once I setup my server, and it works without any trouble. I asked technical support some questions, they always do the best for answer. I recommend this provider any other people. Wish you make new spot on map in Europe and Asia.
I won't recommend this provider for privacy not for anything else, their support is not good and it took many days without ticket answer and the ticket closed itself. I also read weird reviews about them over the Internet in various forums.
We were unable to find anyone with the name Don Lae in our database. According to our SLA maximum ticket response time is 24 hours (the average is 30 minutes), and unanswered tickets are never closed automatically. Please provide your ticket number for us to investigate the issue.
It's so lame to say to your ex-customer, that he/she wasn't found in the database, and instead of finding out what was the problem and ask more identification documents, you did what? closed ticket? didn't reply on time? on every response you have excuses that are no excuses, you could literally answer the reason and get an answer and he/she wouldn't have written a horrible review. if I open a ticket to amazon, even if a ticket is nothing else than a waste of time from them, they would answer it, because possibly I'm their customer, and even if I'm not, I wouldn't write about them how bad their support is, I received an email ad from you and you have this review link so proudly like you have only 5 stars, but then non-Russian customer sees 90% bad reviews and 10% slightly better or something if you don't care about foreign customers, why do I get your ads? if you care about the foreign customer, then for me personally even comments below these reviews are not friendly, every normal company would have tried to fix their problem, but not you, this is so sad, that new customer has no idea, what they are subscribing for, while there are hundreds of thousands of companies. I was interested in Russian region servers and was just interested about how reputable you are, but I'll not try your service, not because of reviews, because of excuses and unfriendly answers. you just lost about 200 USD per month just from me seeing your replies.
Actually, we did exactly what you wrote - asked for the ticket number to investigate the issue as we always do. We can not give any detailed explanation or fix the problem without identifying a customer.

The VPS is fast, and always available. We requested a version of Devuan (Debian without SystemD) and the made the OS available in less than 24 hours. We are paying with crypto! We have a yearly plan that started with the "HDD Sandbox" in november-2019, and moved to "HDD 2" as our needs increased. They charged only for the days left in the plan. Fair price, fair policy! We are planning to deploy more services in their servers. Highly recommended.
I deployed some VPN server for China - everithing is stable. One of the curious thing is unlimited traffic, but when I got the VPS there is only 60 Tb, ofcourse i didnt spend it yet, but what will be after the limit,
60 Tb is the maximum amount of traffic that can be transferred over 200 Mbps channel with full round-the-clock load, that's why it really means that there is no limit! You can see that number just because it is a technical limit in the system.
So I just spent 20$ on a server that was meant for school work (I bought yesterday FOR 20$) and I woke up just this morning and they banned my server...so they bassicaly just scammed me 100% dont recommend!!!
We found only one order from yesterday (19 April) for an SSD 4 server made by someone with the same name as yours. If it was you, then your order was automatically marked as fraudulent and blocked before any payment or transaction was made. So, we didn't charge you at all.
If it wasn't your order, please provide your order number or better some transaction data from your bank/PayPal/etc. and we will investigate further.
I use hosting for exactly 1 month, no failures were detected, 100% satisfied I asked for support in replacing the OS with the one I needed, but which is not in the templates, responded promptly, within 24 hours I received the OS I needed
The overall service of the company is excellent and they provided an outstanding service during the time I used their service. However, at some point during the christmas season, it seems that my server was hacked and started making brute force attacks. I received a message from their support that my server will be shutdown in 24 hours if I don't investigate the issue. Being in the holiday season, I did not have the time to look into the issue. So they terminated the server. Fair enough I thought.
However I do not understand why they refused to instantiate my server again upon request. Now all my data is gone and they are not responding anymore. Hence the 1 star for reliability and user friendliness.
We are very sorry about your situation, but the only reason we didn't restore your server is that the data was destroyed after the server termination. It is just how the system works and there is nothing we can do about it. As you mentioned yourself, the termination was reasonable and legitimate, however, you are welcome to order a new server.
