Absolutely fraudulent service. I bought a 1 year hosting with UK2, and 2 days later decided to leave. On the website it says I have Risk free with our 30-day guarantee However, when I claimed the refund, the support team said it's not possible. They said they just can cancel my auto-renewal, but no refund.
3 days without email. terrible customer support no end in sight.
This is one of many breakdowns in the servers. The 1st time it has been down for 3 days and no end in sight. Don't be fooled by the costs, buy cheap, get cheap. Worst service I have encountered. I am now moving servers and taking clients with me. Useless
Our server has been down for over 12 hours. Their "supreme support" team are useless and can't even be bothered to update the support ticket every 15 mins for critical issues and 45 mins for everything else. I've been waiting 2-3 hours between responses and they are absolutely useless.
Due to their negligence I have lost my entire website. Poorly trained foreign staff with little english skills, all online. Numerous slowdown issues before an error in my mitigation meant that my entire website was lost. I've had numerous members of staff flat out lie to me. I am currently taking legal action against them. 0/10. AVOID
PRODUCTS DONT WORK, WEBSITES DOWN AND CHASING REFUND i have held my email services and a domain for many years doing the minimum required. I just bought another domain a 2 website builder services( 1 for each domain). I used the one website builder for a few hours then its never worked again. Both sites are down and i am getting standard blurb on the support. I have demanded refunds for both products considering they do not work, but I get bog standard replies of we are looking into the problem. At a time you really need something do well and efficiently the support of a company highlights their effectiveness. Its a real shame i have had to shout out hear, but i am now bound to their networking problems. Very poor/non existant business function, WHEN I REALLY NEEDED THEM
Stay away from this terrible company...their VPS servers are fraud not usable at all... live support is fraud and u just left with opened tickets which will waste ur time waiting for days for not solving or getting response... asked for refund and still waiting my money back....
Intentionally deleted my files - nothing dodgy, just a clients backup! Terrible customer service / care with no thought of the consequences for us. Take it or leave it attitude. Stinks.
Would NOT recommend, steer well clear, there are better companies about.
I have also had an issue where the shut my down due to a widget I was using from a reputable company...they never told me they were going to do this and threatened to suspend my account if the third party supplier contacted them.
We had VPS in this company. Everything was ok until one day when our service stopped. We discovered that there is a problem with payment ( ON THEIR TREAUSRY/BANK SIDE) . Even we paid one more time sent them all confirmations they the was not able to help usd and turn VPS on. We lost somemoeny thanks to this arrooant idiots. I quit cooperation with them immidietly. Better would pay little bit more but not to call 9 times with TOTALNY UNCOMPETENT STAFF. TERRIBLE !!!! SHAME ON YOU UK2 !!!!!!
