I`m working with shark servers about 7 or 8 months. In these months, they have supported me a lot. I think last problem was the most terrible, on previous server I had this problem and they couldn`t solve it, again i faced that problem but shark servers solved it :) I have searched over internet and I saw that some users said they are scam but it is not true they really awesome with good supports,
in these months I faced DDos attack and they solve it in less than 2 minutes, some time They replied in 10 minutes and some time 36 hours ( it is very rare and happened just 2 times in 7 or 8 months - to be honest most of hosting website are replying like this )
And one of the most important thing is there prices. it is cheap and economical .
What I like most than their very affordable prices is there customer service there up time are really great they are really the best VPS provider I tried (by the way I tried many ) they are trying to make the VPS in the hands of all actually you can't find fast reliable VPS for free but this is next best thing
We have used shark for over 3 years now. In the whole time we have been with them there was only been 2x of downtime of about 1-2 hours & one scheduled of 4 hours.
