I have been with Servage for many years now and have always received the best deal. Servage gives lots of features like free SSL, autoinstall scripts, unlimited domains, Europe-based servers, and so on. Also, they have the fastest servers and great uptime, although I feel they can improve on the control panel interface part.
Servage support is one of the best in the industry, truly 24 x 7 support via chat and tickets.
I would strongly recommend Servage to all serious website devs and users.
After tolerating the 'difficulties' they've had including a really crap transition to a new platform they've just upped the price unannounced by 470% and given no time at all to migrate - bastards!
I have been with Servage or last 3 years and I am satisfied with their services. They did have some hiccups last year, when they were migrating to new improved servers. That is something that happens with all hosts and Servage cannot be singled out. I must say the service has improved 10 folds after that. I have never had my site down. Also the support is 24x7 and pretty reliable.
All in all they offer more than other hosts - new control panel, freeSSLs, Free domains, etc. and servers are located in Europe. I would not go anywhere !!! Very Good host :)
I realized that Servage offered two Let's Encrypt for free but now they offer unlimited LetsEncrypt. Good that I won't renew my SSL certificate for the domain now and rather go for free Let's Encrypt for all my domains :D
I work with this hosting company 5 years years. Not god, not bad. From begin 2019 Servage work very unstable. In february Servage move data to new data center and change control panel. Web sites stop work. I lose control of my account. Support like robots with very old firmware. Price expensive.
Finally: I really do not recommend using this service. Fantastically inconvenient control panel, uniquely stupid support.
I am a customer of more than 10 years and unfortunately the service has become very bad and the technical support they have very slow, and the sites hosted by them now all of them do not work for a month and provided a lot of complaints and their response that they maintain. I choose bad and will move my sites as soon as possible.
I fully agree. A terrible service. Avoid at all costs. I've been a Servage customer for 10 years. What a mistake. As I write this, mail is down yet again.
this is the worst web hosting company on planet Earth. They have so many problems and they have just migrated to what they say is an upgrade from their old server.This worse than ever. The downtime is ridiculous EVERY DAY! The email server missed about 75 % of your emails. They have just about trashed my businesses. Just about to move to another host.
I've been with Servage for 10+ years. Since last couple of years their service and support gone bad to WORSE. I don't recommend them to anyone anymore.
Servage customer for 12+ years. It was ok-ish in the beginning. Not that good, but also not very bad. A few years ago it went down hill. Software wouldn't be updated anymore (PHP, MariaDB), resulting in many warnings about vulnerabilities in any tool/suite one installed.
Server performance got slower and slower by the month. Example: a wordpress admin page often takes over 30 seconds to load. On a way bigger wordpress set-up hosted with a competitor it takes less then 0.7 seconds.
People from helpdesk are friendly and reply times are acceptable but they just can't, or won't, solve issues. It smells just like way too much overselling and I'm now at the point to transfer all my domains to elsewhere. Anywhere... as I feel it can't get worse then this.
