Hey Mr. Easai Walan,
Thanks for putting your efforts into writing a review. We are prompt offering the services, and sometimes we may also face the issue. Now regarding this review, we need to clarify some real facts with you,
1. We have privately sent you a notice on Sunday 3rd January at 14:34 (IST). This notice is solely sent you privately via ticket. Our team requested you to take proper action on excessive storage of files and backups and emails to offer you 48 hours. But, till 8th January, we didn't get any response from your side. Hence, our team restricted your account. Furthermore, our team suspended outgoing emails of your account after three days due to no action taken from your side.
2. We have a crystal clear policy of Unlimited Hosting. You have purchased the service with us and agree to follow the TOS & Policies while processing the purchase. Due to the new design of the website, the policy link has been changed to > https://reformhosting.in/unlimited-hosting-policy. In this hurry, I guess you didn't have enough time to read the TOS, Policies. Let me mention some of the points below, which will make you educated enough regarding unlimited hosting policies.
2.1. What "Unlimited" means
The Company does not set a cap on the amount of space and bandwidth a single shared hosting subscriber can use. Subject to terms and conditions, CompanyCompany makes every commercially reasonable effort to provide its hosting subscribers with all the storage and bandwidth needs to successfully power their websites as long as the Subscriber's use of the service complies with these Terms. We can provide simple, fixed pricing to our hosting Subscribers as they grow their business online by offering unlimited resources. As a result, a typical website may experience periods of great popularity and result in increased storage without experiencing any associated increase in hosting charges.
What "Unlimited" DOES NOT mean
The CompanyCompany employs complex mechanisms to protect its hosting Subscribers and systems from any abuse. The company's "Unlimited" hosting offering is not for single or few hosting subscribers to unfairly or adversely impact other hosting subscribers' experience. The company's service offers a shared hosting service, which means that multiple hosting Subscriber's websites are hosted from the same server and share server resources. The company's service is designed to meet the specific needs of small and medium-sized businesses across the globe. It is NOT intended to support the sustained demand of large enterprises or non-typical applications better suited to a VPS or a dedicated server. Company will make every commercially reasonable effort to provide additional resources to Subscribers who are using their website(s) consistent with these Terms, including moving Subscribers to newer and bigger shared servers as necessary. However, in order to ensure a consistent and quality experience for all Subscribers, Company does place automated safeguards to protect against any website growing too quickly and adversely impacting the system until CompanyCompany can evaluate said sites resource needs.
Unlimited Hosting Space; excessive SQL Database
Company does not set any specific limits on the amount of disk space a hosting subscriber can use for their website, nor does CompanyCompany charge additional fees based on an increased amount of storage used, provided the hosting Subscriber's use of storage complies with these Terms. Please note, however, that the Company service is designed to host websites. Company does NOT provide unlimited hosting for online storage, videos, images, audio, games, installers, executable files, backups, or archiving of electronic files, documents, log files, web spider or indexer, IRC, torrent, file sharing, peer-to-peer activities, testing environment etc., and any such prohibited use of the Services will result in the termination of hosting Subscriber's account, with or without notice. Accounts with an excessive database size (i.e., more than 1 GB) negatively affect the performance of the server. Company may request that the database size be reduced to ensure proper performance or may disable the Subscriber's account, with or without notice. Hosting Subscriber's can create multiple databases; however, each database's size should not be more than 1 GB.
We hope this will help you with clearing your actual doubts of what unlimited hosting means.
3. We are offering you the services for almost one year now, in the meantime, you have requested a refund as well, and at that time, we were also kind enough to offer a refund after seven days as well, which doesn't make feet to our refund policy. Again, this time you asked refund, and again our team was happy to process the refund, but you didn't process it further. In the business of almost four years, we didn't do anything wrong to our clients and never misguided the pieces of stuff, unlike other companies.
4. This notice, which we have sent you over the ticket and copy already served with you via email, is entirely ethical and not a fake one.
5. We can verify that you are still using our services; there were no downtimes from our side in terms of a network. Your website is working smoothly with extra performance due to LSCache technology, a free add-on that we offer to our clients.
Mr. Esai, we are welcome to have a proper conversation if you are still having doubts, issues related to our CompanyCompany, services, or any terms. Putting fake reviews without knowing the facts harms our reputation.
Once again, we are always ready to help our existing clients!!
Thank you.
