Hello, We are sorry for any inconvenience. First, you contacted us to get an addon domain added under a cPanel hosting, but the existing service didn't have any free addon services left. Also, you were trying to add the identical domain as an addon domain, But in cPanel, you can not add two similar domains on the same node. Note: The same thing has been clarified to the customer (Mr. Ashwin), and he adjusted the domain to another service with us. Thank you.
