I just bought a web hosting service from this website. At first their customer service is active in live chat but after I paid for the service they just suddenly ignored all my chat even my ticket. They won't activate my account even gave me the account details after I pay. Please delete this web hosting to your list and put as blacklist. They just getting the payment then vanished after that.
Never think about buying a host from NOGICS.com - it is rubish
Recently I bought a service from provider named NOGICS in nogics.com they just took the money and disappeared. they don't answer your tickets and don't care about their customer needs. if you send a message to them as a new customer they will answer you, but once they understand you are existing customer they ignore you. I've no way and don't know what to do, my files are in their servers, their cPanel expired and i can't get a backup and leave their rubbish services.
Never buy hosting from Nogics.com, server is offline every 10 minutes, never answer for submitted ticket. You just waste your time and money...I have bought and I have very disappointed.
We would like to inform you that few connections are rejected by DDOS filter. I assume some false positive alarms are creating few genuine connections also. I notified our security analyst about this. We hope to resolve this issue by evening.

My CPANEL is still offline, I can not login, all web pages are offline... I have submitted many tickets, no respond. It seems that you are not serious about your hosting business...

You should create single ticket with detailed issue. As per your last ticket, cpanel is not opening for you. I checked and found that cpanel server is up and running normally. It appears your IP address of your computer is blocked at firewall level. I request you to share your IP and I will reply with the exact cause of blockage.
I can still not login from my pc, I have already sent my IP adress, if it is blocked / banned , why do you now check and cancel banning...I am seriously telling...I can still not login CPANEL...Url is not opening on browser.

Scam company they give you cheap hosting then they will suspend the account after 2 days, they did this to me and they never ever give me any backup for my site, avoid this company and don't believe what the other saying because they are working inside this cr** host company

Suspended my account I paid annually without notice. Claimed I had high CPU/RAM usage. Impossible, the site I hosted was a low traffic non-dynamic simple HTML powered website that used no CPU or RAM. Their servers were overloaded and they simply reduce load by suspending users who paid annualy who are beyond their refund period. Scam host, avoid at all costs.
Same shit here, even they start no answer the ticket, I paid annually and the 3rd day they suspended my account for high load on the server, I keep asking for backup files and they never ever give me a backup.
