I’ve been using KnownSRV for almost 6 months now and have yet to face any problems with the uptime response. I was not expecting their hosting to be this good if I’m being honest. They migrated my website from my prior host for free and were quick to assist me regarding support issues.
I've been with KnownSRV for about 6 month and have not had a single downtime. Someone Attacked me with a DDoS a few weeks ago but their Firewall kicked in within a couple seconds and my Server wasn't even down. When i contacted the Support, they answered in less than 15 minutes and provided the information with a single reply.
I've already recommended this host on other platforms and I'll continue to do so.

I am halfway through my second year with a VPS from KnownSRV. I have had little or no downtime and any support issues I have raised have been responded to and fixed quickly by their friendly efficient staff. I am on the VPS-V4 plan which also includes 4 dedicated IP addresses.

Our servers are not overloaded at all. We use CloudLinux for all of our shared hosting servers and we limit number of clients per server to a reasonable number, which is much less than average hosting company has. The only reason I can imagine for your sites being slow is hitting a resource limit of shared hosting package(either CPU, RAM or I/O). You should have submitted a support ticket for more information.
We are EU company and we do allow adult content(legal porn) and everything within EU laws. You can clearly read about our company at http://knownsrv.com/about.php, we are a registered EU company, we pay VAT and all needed taxes. There is a public registry of EU companies where you can clearly see the ownership structure, directors and statistics. It's all very transparent and public in the EU(European Union).
