i use few servers with iozoom , they always had a problem thier ip address get black listed , you contact them and for nothing , finally i move about 3 could servers to another hosting , and i keep one of the servers with them since it has high seo rank and i didn't want to change the ip address , and finally hey send me asking me to shut down the server for the reason they shutdown thier onapp and their professional support want that in 4 days , even thought i already paid a full month invoice and i still have more than 25 days to use , they care only about their profit but the don't give a sh**t about you as a client .
Pathetic and Worst Service. Stay away if you love your data.
By far the worst and pathetic hosting provider. They send you email that they are doing a scheduled maintenance and once done *Boom* your data is lost. 1) They take more than 24 hours time for maintenance. 2) They say that they hardware failed and your data is lost and they cannot recover it.
I would request new customers DO NOT BUY their service. Their customer support is horrendious. Their attitude is rude and they simple do not care. For those who are using their service please beware, your data might be lost at any point of time. When they tell you they are going for maintenance, do take all the backups of your site because they do not know how to do their jobs.
Stay away if you can, unless you are hosting a hobby site and don't care about the downtime.
I recently ordered a Windows server from this company, and learned very quickly that this is not a professional managed hosting organization. I had an issue on the server and I asked if the server could be restored from the snapshot because they say on their website that the VPS hosting plans have daily back as part of the service. To my surprise, I learned from their support rep that they don't even have documentation about what time snapshots are taken (even if taken at all) and how to restore them.
If you have a hobby site, looking for a cheap host and don't care about the downtime, then this may be service for you, but not for any site that cares about support and hosting reliability. If there was an option to give zero score, I would have given them a 0.
I recently switched my hosting to IO Zoom and I am more than happy I found them.
I host a great number of sites that are mostly Wordpress sites and so when migrating host, my concern is uninterrupted service in the process. These guys made the migration easy!
