3. They said they can't give me a refund when PayPal has a claim. They asked me to cancel the claim
Companies that use PayPal can offer me a refund at any time, regardless of whether they claim it or not.
They don't offer refunds under the pretext of PayPal claims, and they force you to cancel your claim if you want to get a refund.
4. They closed the account at the end, saying it was my fault entirely stupid, and i couldn't even access the ticket so i couldn't respond.
5. They generally refuse to answer disadvantaged tickets, and above all, they are too unfriendly to customers.
I could cancel my PayPal claim at any time if I had been kindly guided without getting angry.
Don't trust the three-day refund guarantee they emphasize in the terms and conditions.
They won't return your money on any pretext.
If you don't like unfriendly counselors, i recommend not using this company.
