I would not recommend this company should you consider to host your domain with them. They will not offer any form of refund if you made a mistake. Zero tolerance to clients negligence which really upsets me. I decided to switch out of Exabyte and will never recommend them.

Terrible waiting time ranging across tech support to billing
I am on plan Linux Web Hosting - EBiz Lite v7 - Linux (The plan does not exist now), been with Exabytes since 2014. The deterioration of Exabytes is appalling. They used to be able to settle technical issues within an hour or less. Today we encountered an issue and restore from backup took more than 16 hours to complete. If your business is ready for outage of 16 hours on technical issues, please go with Exabytes! Internally you get thrown around like a ball, where they create new tickets on same issues just to pass to another department. I am on the way out now, seeking a refund to purchases and it's been 17 hours with little progress. Exabytes really used to be good, otherwise we would not have stayed for 8 years, now it's just cheap.
hi anybody having email problem with Exabyte server? i am having problem but not able to get help. so want to share info of issues.
1. our email from Exabyte goes to junk box to some of our recipient. 2. then from some other emails, it came back with SPAM at title 3. Some customers simply unable to receive it like DSO and other host.
and yet Exabyte unable to solve it over a week, they say its our customer problem....
Web speed are worst compare to any hosting provider in singapore.
Bad in technical support and web speed are worst compare to any hosting provider in singapore. Good in cheap price but with the lowest speed, think wisely if you care your business!!! I am using EBiz Plus Pro, complain more then 10 times, never resolve. Official respond, your website is build in bad condition caused the low speed. what do you think when you see the attached picture?
Their support team have been always fast to respond.
We've been very happy with exabytes ssd hosting since the end of 2015. We ask questions a few times a year, and support always answers them fully and quickly - complete with research - even when it turns out to be a problem that has nothing to do with exabytes. I've already notice an improvement in load time for my site and the bulletin board is probably twice as fast as the old one. These guys get a thumbs up, fives all acrossed the board.
