I used a few CDNs in the past and I like CloudFlare very much. They are giving extra services like DDOS attach protection and their support to https is working well. The free version is fine. But I think spending $20 was a good investment. I got also WAF (Web Application Firewall) and 20 page rules (vs. 3 in the free version).
