Zero support
Support is really bad.
No chat, only create ticket and wait for response. I still have ticket without response for few weeks.

1. case.
I hade my sites more than 24h down, support give no response at all. Next day at evening sites went back live and then I received response from support that it was some their service provider fault.

2. case
They declare on their website, that they support all domain extensions, but I have ccTLD domain, which I can't host on Bulwark before they are registered with that country register. I wrote 3 times, opened tickets attached screenshots and get no response at all.

Great service for an even greater price
I was looking for an alternate host last April and I came across BulwarkHost. I talked to their pre-sales team and I was immediately amazed by their fast response time and friendly replies. 3 months in, I have no problems with my websites and everything is blazing fast-true to what they state on their website. The only downside I see right now is they have no VPS and dedicated servers so scaling up might not be as flawless for some. Other than that I feel this was the best hosting decision I've made.
