They are always reachable, extremely courteous, and able to resolve all issues in a single call. I will now consolidate my other services with them. Recommend them very highly.

Bigrock, my first experience with them is really worst, I Purchased a domain with them within 2 days I have start getting calls, Atleast 10 calls a day for website. Our data is sold to so many agency. You guyz should close your business. We are a website designing agency, have purchased more the 300 domain from GoDaddy in last 2 years, But never got such marketing calls. Am warning you guyz, I should immediately stop receiving calls from all your stupid vendors. Or else I will take this matter to Twitter, I have recorded all the calls from your marketing vendors.

I have been using hosting service for past three months...but utterly disappointed...i have hosted three word press sites and never these sites functioned properly....every time customer service talks about malware and we doubt that these malwares were injected by them to sell security services, back up services....they talk loudly about customer service...it is too slow and not useful at all.

I Booked a Reseller Plan by Clicking the A advertsiement Banner Hosting Sale 50% off for 2 Yeras. Mid of the yray they sent a mail that prices has been increased and demanded the more money almost the discount which was given i had lost in this price. Again at the time of Renewal they offered the Time bounded Discount of Rs approx 3000/- As my Reseller Hosting plan exiry was on 31st Dec they offered discount if i renew my Reseller Hostingby 20th Nov. On 20th Nov at 9 PM when i tried to pay online through my Pannel for renewal no Discount was there and i paid full ammount as this was 9 PM and thier Support was off. As i had no other option and i paid the undiscounted price. My question to the company was that if they offered me discount why that was not implimented to my auto renewal ? but the Lady on Telephonic support who attended my call simply refused me by saying that if you confirm the renewal by Telephone or mail then only we can offer the discount. These are simply tricks.....to make reseller fool..... I will surely move out from Big Rosck Hosting. Its Not BIG ROCk Its BIG CHEAT i will say.. Its not the matter of Rs 3000/- It is matter of words what you say to your clients.....

I buyed 2year com domain and 1 year of advanced shared Linux hosting, well was happy for buying at bigrock in start, later I started regrating due to there marketing things!! I started getting calls and messages from various IT Services from the day I buyed(really annoying as it happens 4-5 times a day) , I am really fed up with it, our details are used too much in marketing purposes. And not worth buying too My cpanel had issues with accessing terminal, which I got solved when I live chatted with them !! But within 24 hours, the issue was back again and I'm unable to access it :( And cpanel is also seems to be bit limited It's been 20 days I buyed, so I don't have much experience with them ... Hosting and all seems to be good now, I hope the same to continue without issues in future. There services state unlimited resources and all but there terms and conditions are really gonna hurt ? Too much restrictions But renew prices too gonna hurt Literally too much than all !!! And reviews out here really makes me scared after reading?

They give us 1Gb Storage in cloud plan, and not given proper service, and thay settle with every review site like as host advice, and they misguide using with review websites so beware against hostadvice and bigrock also.

Good domain and hosting company with laid back support
Recommended only if you want to go for domains. They can be expensive for some as they don't come cheap.
Support team takes so much time to answer that you do not feel like waiting. I had to contact them through Google and then somebody answered there and internally asked the support team to help me. They are helpful and solve domain transfer queries soon, but you really have to hold your patience.
I also wanted to renew my hosting but did not know the charges. Again the same problem. Support did not know my renewals since the account manager was not available. They took time but helped me with my renewals. Business is good and hosting also, but these issues keep cropping and you feel lost and helpess at times.
